The Fastway Zip Breakaway Cable System is designed not to drap. It keeps the cable up off the ground and out of harm’s way while you’re towing. And when you’re not towing, the cable easily clips to itself and stays out of the way, instead of dangling all over the front of the trailer.
Required on trailers with electric brakes by Federal DOT & most states. Keeps you legal.
If your trailer accidentally parts from the towing vehicle, the pin comes out, closing the electrical circuit that automatically sets the trailer’s brakes.
Attach to the trailer frame with 1 screw.
